Shipping & Returns

Every INARA piece is made to order — please allow 4–6 weeks for yours to be made, then 1–3 business days for delivery within the UAE, 3–5 across the GCC, and 5–10 internationally. Shipping is complimentary and fully insured, everywhere.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece. If anything is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost.

Made to order

Every INARA piece is made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be made, covering casting, stone setting, finishing and quality checks. Your tracking arrives the moment it ships.

Delivery

United Arab Emirates — 1–3 business days after dispatch
GCC — 3–5 business days
Rest of world — 5–10 business days

Complimentary insured shipping on every order, worldwide. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.

Orders outside the UAE may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on an unworn piece, returned complete with its box, packaging and certification. Contact us first to open a return.

Returns within the UAE are complimentary. International return shipping is at your cost — please use a tracked, insured service.

Because each piece is made individually, engraved or personalised pieces, bespoke commissions, non-standard sizes and earrings are final sale.

Faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it — your choice — at our cost, including shipping both ways. This applies regardless of the 14-day window.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
