Yes. Every INARA piece is set with certified lab-grown diamonds — chemically and visually identical to mined stones, without the ethical and environmental cost.

Solid 18K gold in yellow or white, depending on the piece. We never use plated or filled metal.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be made. Nothing is cast until you order, so this covers casting, stone setting, finishing and quality checks. You will receive tracking the moment it ships. If a piece will take longer, we will contact you first — and you may cancel for a full refund.

Yes — one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. You cover shipping to us, we cover the return. Allow 2–3 weeks. After 60 days, resizing is available at a quoted fee.

Tennis bracelets and necklaces, eternity settings and continuous bezel-set bands are sized during manufacture and cannot be altered afterwards. Where that applies, it is noted on the product page.

Worldwide, from the United Arab Emirates, with complimentary insured shipping on every order. After the production period, delivery takes 1–3 business days within the UAE, 3–5 across the GCC, and 5–10 internationally. Every shipment is insured and requires a signature.

Orders outside the UAE may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on an unworn piece, complete with its packaging and certification. Returns within the UAE are complimentary. Engraved, bespoke and custom-sized pieces are final sale.

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost — always.

Every piece carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer complimentary lifetime cleaning and inspection — send your piece back whenever you like and we will return it checked and re-polished.
